Getting Bigger
The last couple of weeks have been big for the babies. This past week Christian got this 4th bottom tooth and Cecilia got her front left tooth. They all got tooth brushes and graduated to new car seats. They are all still turned backwards and will most likely stay that way for awhile. Cecilia is still only 17lbs (both of the boys are 21lbs) so until she reaches 20lbs they will most likely stay that way. We really researched the car seats so that they were skinny enough to all fit in the middle seat like they did with their infant seats. I think they like they like them, but it makes my life a little more difficult. I have a system though with a gate blocking the door so hopefully that will help manage the loading and unloading into the car. Trial and error (repeat). New phases and new places. We are most definitely excited that it is spring though and can get outside. Christian and Cecilia are not walking yet, but taking many steps here and there. I expect them to take off any minute.

Lemonade for Sale
One Sunday dinner, Caleb decided that he wanted to sell the lemonade that we made. He wanted to make a sign and even made attachments so that it hung from his neck. He wanted to charge $1.00 per cup. He likes to sell things and is usually pretty convincing, but in most cases never takes money from anyone. There have been occasions when Mark has hosted poker and he has even tried to sell the beer (that the guys brought) back to them. Last time at poker I could hear him yelling from upstairs 'Popcorn! Popcorn for sale if you ate your dinner!'
Below is a letter that Caleb got from Grandma and Grandpa Kopsky after selling lemonade. I love it so much I had to post it. If you know K, you will love it too.
'Dear Caleb,
Grandpa and I were thinking that was really good lemonade that you were selling Sunday so we decided to send along another $1.00 so each cup cost us $1.00 which adds up to $2.00 for 2 cups. They were big cups also.
We were thinking (but of course it's up to you) that if you have a lemonade stand this spring or summer you might think about lowering your price to .25 or .50 a cup or serving a smaller amount of lemonade in each cup.
There will be other children with lemonade stands and they will probably not be charging quite that much as a $1.00 a cup.
But you are the person in charge of your business and you will have to determine what you think people will pay.
We wish you luck with your future business.
Love,
K & PoPo'
